Request Summary: The request is quite general but seeks a webinar to offer Year 12 and Year 13 students an insight into life and learning at university. Biddenham has not been specific about dates so we will negotiate this with them based on a potential academic’s availability. They are happy for other schools to be invited.

• Guidance Talk – This may be a talk on personal statements, student finance, student life, etc
• Taster Lecture – A subject based talk to give students an insight into a subject area and the associated learning experience at university

To give students a better insight into life and learning at university.

Q5 As a rough estimate how many students would you expect to take part?

We currently have around 100 students in year 12 and it would be great to get them all involved, perhaps across a couple of sessions if that would make it easier.

We can be flexible regarding times as we can identify a group of students and get them off timetable if required.
