Student Wellbeing: Coping With Stress – Lockdown, Exams & University Transition With Zoe Poysden & Mark Clamp From University of East Anglia
10th June 2020 @ 11:00 - 12:00
This Coping with Stress webinar aims to help you identify stress and learn stress management tools based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to improve your wellbeing.
Specifically, we will focus on:
- How to stop stress from getting in the way of study for exams
- Managing stress when transitioning to university
- Coping with stress during lockdown
In this way students will have the opportunity to discuss their current situation, online and future exams, and then look ahead to next year when many will be making the transition to university.
Zoe Poysden is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Mark is a Student Counsellor, both based at University of East Anglia.
Suitable for: Year 12 and 13 students (and equivalent).

The IT Setup: The event will be run on Bluejeans (similar to Zoom) and students can engage using their microphones to talk directly to Zoe and Mark, or use the chat facility if preferred. Participants are able to join using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
