right4me Sports/PE: Studying Sports/PE For A Degree With Julia Robathan & Elizabeth Scholefield From University Of East Anglia

right4me is a series of subject specific webinars for current Year 12 students who have an idea about what degree course they are interested in but would like to talk to different universities in order to make informed comparisons.
In this right4me Sports/PE webinar for schools and colleges, UEA will talk to students, conveying the requirements, format and strengths of their Sports/PE degree courses, highlighting areas that differentiate their courses and drawing upon student experience and progression.
Julia Robathan is a lecturer in Physical Education and Sport specialising in the area of Sports Development and Physical Activity. Elizabeth Scholefield, a psychologist, researcher and coach, is also a lecturer in Physical Education, Sport and Health at UEA. Julia and Elizabeth will be joined by a current undergraduate student who will be able to offer insight into the student experience.
Suitable for: Year 12 students studying, or thinking about studying, Sports/PE.
Preparation/Pre-Reading: None is required although students may wish to consider and discuss some of the key questions they have about studying Sports/PE at university level.
The IT Setup: The event will be run on Bluejeans and participants will be able to join using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will be able to interact with the university via microphones and/or typed comments and questions. Full details will be sent to those who have registered (see below) prior to the event.
