DESCRIPTION:Register Here\n \n  \nWe are delighted to present Nursing at Aberystwyth University\, a series of webinars from the University’s Healthcare Education Centre\, which introduces key topics which are aimed to support you in deciding on a career in nursing and how prepare your application. \nIn this webinar\, Why Choose Nursing at Aberystwyth University?\, we will discuss choosing nursing as a career\, explore the different options and look at what Aberystwyth University has to offer. \nThe aim of the webinar is to look at why you should choose a nursing career in adult or mental health nursing. \nAs a registered nurse\, you can enjoy a diverse and rewarding career that really makes a difference. Nurses act as leaders\, carers and clinicians\, taking responsibility for the care they provide to patients. \n\n\n  \nAbout Our Speakers: Amanda is a Registered Nurse and is programme lead for the nursing fields at the University\, and is an experienced nursing academic lecturer with both clinical and community experience alongside her academic career. Bleddyn is a Senior Lecturer and a registered nurse with a mental health specialty\, and has experience of working both clinically and within community settings\, as well as senior management nursing roles.
