Modern Languages: ‘Student Life & Careers With Languages’ With Student Ambassadors & Alumni From University Of Bristol

In this live interactive webinar, hosted by the University of Bristol, student participants will get the chance to virtually meet alumni who will talk about their career pathway after studying languages at Bristol.

Students will also learn about the Year Abroad and life as a student at Bristol from current undergraduate students.

Now that schools are closed due to COVID-19, we are delighted to be able to offer this session as a Channel Talent At Home event. The session will be run on facebook live so students can access it from home with the ability to ask questions via the comments/chat.

Suitable for: Year 12 students who are studying any language at A-Level.

Preparation/Pre-Reading: Students are encouraged to think about questions related to studying languages and the careers that this may lead to.

The IT Setup: The event will be a Facebook Live event and participants will be able to join using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. They will be able to interact with the team at Bristol via typed comments and questions. Details will be sent to those who have registered (see below) prior to the event.
