Medicine: The Thyroid by Dr Helen Christian, The University of Oxford Medical School

This videoconference allows sixth formers to ‘sit in’ on a live undergraduate Medicine lecture with the opportunity to ask questions at the end relating to the subject of the lecture or, more generally, about studying Medicine at Oxford.

Suitable for: Year 12/Year 13

Preparation/Pre-reading: It would be helpful for students to prepare questions in advance relating to studying this subject at university. These questions may cover, for example, the application process, course structure, and university lifestyle.
