In this webinar, Lifestyles, we will set out the 9 categories of human lifestyle and what you can do to effectively manage your lifestyle choices to help maintain your wellness at UNI. The aim of the webinar is to explore lifestyle choices and how they can help or hinder you in your day to day life. Along with what can help to support you, so you can thrive in the things you really want to do.

· Lifestyle categories – daily considerations

· Challenges to daily choices for humans

· What can help?

Managing your lifestyle choices well, can support your wellbeing (your social, biological and psychological self). Enabling you to feel in more control, healthier and happier throughout your time at UNI and beyond.
