Your wellbeing is impacted upon by all the things around you, what is happening physically in your body and by what your mind is telling you. In this webinar, Your General Wellbeing at University, we will set out how UNI life can impact on your wellbeing and set out proven strategies to help strengthen your self-awareness skills so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive in your daily activities whilst at UNI and beyond.

· Wellbeing – what is it?

· UNI life and your wellbeing

· Helpful strategies – what works well to be well

The aim of the webinar is to help you strengthen your awareness and skills in doing the things that are helpful to your wellbeing so you can thrive in your life.

Staff and students from Aberystwyth University will present the webinar and will be there to answer any questions you may have about getting ready for UNI life and what UNI life can bring.
