DESCRIPTION:Register here \n  \n  \n \n  \n  \nIn this webinar we will cover the application timeline\, what a personal statement is and why it is important\, before exploring the things that you can be doing over the next few months to make sure you have everything in place to make your application standout. \nWhether it’s doing some extra reading\, getting work experience\, visiting open days\, or enhancing your hobbies\, we’ll give you all the tips you need to get started. \nJoin the University of East Anglia for this friendly and interactive webinar by booking your place now. \n  \n\nOur events are designed so that a group of students can take part from a classroom or students and teachers can take part as individuals\, either from school or from home. This means that sessions will continue irrespective of possible school closures. \nAs a live\, participative event\, this session will not be recorded but slides and other resources will be shared after the event\, where available. \n  \nSuitable for: Students applying or planning to apply to study at university. Advisers\, teachers and parents/carers are also very welcome to join us. \nPreparation/Pre-Reading: Students may wish to consider questions they have about the application process. \nThe IT Setup: The event will be run on Zoom and participants will be able to join using laptops\, tablets\, and mobile devices. If you are joining as a school group\, we recommend connecting with one device and projecting on to a whiteboard. You will be able to interact with the university via typed comments and questions.
