HE Guidance: Choosing A Course & A University With William Hollis From University of Nottingham

3rd July 2020 @ 13:00 - 14:00

In this session we will be looking at the process of choosing your course and university.

Within this we will be looking at the factors of how courses differ between institutions and how campus, location and size of a university could alter where you choose to study.

By the end of the session you should hopefully have a better understanding of the type of course/institution that may suit you best or just a better idea of areas to research when looking for courses and universities.

Suitable for: Year 12 students considering university.

Preparation or Pre-Reading: We recommend that students consider their interests, their potential HE application and things that they are maybe unsure about that they would like to clarify.

The IT Setup: The event will be run on Bluejeans and participants will be able to join using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will be able to interact with the university via microphones and/or typed comments and questions. Full details will be sent to those who have registered (see below) prior to the event.

Booking a Place: This is free for schools and colleges. If you would like to take part in this event, please register your interest using the link to the registration form directly below (If you are a teacher/member of staff and prefer to register on behalf of your class, please also register using the link to the registration form below and indicate numbers in the final question):
