HE Guidance: A Guide To University For Parents/Carers With Lois Braysher & Chantelle Lee, Higher Education Advisers From University of East Anglia
June 19 @ 18:00 - 18:45
If you’re supporting a young person with applying to university, you might find the world of higher education confusing. This webinar will provide parents and carers with an introduction to university, helping you to better understand the process and be able to help your young person make a successful application.
We will cover:
- Important dates and deadlines
- Things to consider when choosing courses and universities
- How to help your young person prepare to make an application
- How to make the most of open days.
There will also be time to ask us any questions you may have.
Please note that, although the session is scheduled to end at 18:45, the team at UEA will stay on until 19:00 to answer further questions.
As a live, participative event, this session will not be recorded but slides and other resources will be shared after the event, where available.
