Education: The Role Of Sleep In Child Development – Taster Event With The University of Sheffield

In this session students will learn about the psychology of sleep and why sleep is important for children’s healthy physical and cognitive development and educational outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn about some of the challenges families can face when establishing good bedtime routines and how psychological approaches can help.
