This session will explore the concept of perfectionism, exploring how it can influence our every day lives and why it is important for us to understand.

We will untangle some of the myths surrounding perfectionism and there will be opportunity for attendees to reflect on their own relationship to this concept.

During the talk there will be opportunities for interaction and discussion, as we consider this concept and its impact on our wellbeing.
