In this Business session, Dr Ivan Zupic, Lecturer in Entrepreneurship in the Institute of Management Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London, will run an interactive talk for students on Strategic Direction & Methods For Achieving Growth.

How can companies grow? What are their main options? These are the questions we will answer in this session. It will cover the main directions of growth (for example increasing market share, internationalization) and methods of growth (build, borrow or buy). A short interactive session will be based on numerous contemporary cases of real-world companies and discussion of their managers’ decisions.

The session will develop thinking, skills and approaches to support students in their Business studies and future aspirations.
