SUMMARY:Business: The Entrepreneurship Game with Dr Carol Padgett & Dr Maksim Belitski from Henley Business School\, University of Reading
DESCRIPTION: \nIn this highly interactive event\, Henley Business School\, part of The University of Reading\, will engage Year 10 Gifted & Talented students in a business game which explores and applies different approaches to entrepreneurial thinking. \nFollowing a welcome and introduction from Dr Carol Padgett & Dr Maksim Belitski\, in which the students will be introduced to the key ideas and set the business challenge\, each participating academy will break out to develop their innovative products. They will each be supported online by an undergraduate mentor from the Business School. Each academy will then return to the main online event to present their ideas to the panel and to the other academies. \nWhilst stretching and challenging Gifted & Talented students\, this webinar additionally offers an insight into university and\, in particular\, the ways in which Business is taught at university level. We hope that it will get your students thinking and stimulate ideas around their future choices of education and career.
